The Granisle Group of Companies has specialized in real estate investment syndication in Canada since 1971. Projects have maintained high standard of investment quality with changing markets for the past 30 years. The goal has been to deliver profitable results over the long term.

As general partner in limited partnerships, Granisle Group affiliates have sought to create, add or enhance the value of real estate investments through a variety of financial and operating strategies to add value through development, construction, professional property management, refurbishment, renovation, and conversion of use.

In 1999 Granisle affiliates sold Concorde on the Creek, Preston North and Quorum Center, three office buildings in Dallas, Texas held by different investment partnerships and managed by Granisle Management Systems, Inc. Also in 1999 Granisle sold Monterey Point, a 242-unit luxury apartment building in Mesa, Arizona which it managed on behalf of another Canadian partnership.
