Mr. Hall is an officer and director of
Dominion Capital Ventures, Inc. in
Scottsdale, Arizona. He is President of Granisle Financial Corporation of Vancouver,
Canada and is a principal of Granisle Management Systems, Inc., of Dallas, Texas and other
companies affiliated with the Granisle Group, which he founded in Vancouver in the early
1980’s.
Mr. Hall has initiated and managed
numerous successful real estate investment acquisition, conversion, and development projects located

in Vancouver, Calgary, Seattle, Tulsa, Dallas, Phoenix, and
Yuma, Arizona. Previously Mr. Hall was founder and principal of Tourigny
Hall &
Associates Ltd., a Vancouver-based project marketing and commercial real estate brokerage
company. He studied at the University of Chicago School of Business and holds a MBA in
marketing and finance from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia. He
received his BA from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York.
