Yuma, Arizona

The project is now in the final approval process on its new Master Plan by the City of Yuma.  The new land plan reflects approximately 70 acres of commercial land and 270 acres of residential area planned for approximately 1,776 residential lots and a 40 acre site designated for a 500 unit RV community.
