Tourigny Hall & Associates, Ltd., an affiliate of the Granisle Group, acted as project marketing agent for this award winning waterfront condominium project in Vancouver. The project was developed in the late 1980's and soon became a venerable landmark on the city's waterfront at Granville Island. Most of the residential units were presold before completion of each of three phases of construction.

Still considered one of False Creek's most desirable residences today, the 128 quality townhomes and condominiums are sited around two man-made lagoons on the seawall immediately across the marina from Granville Island. All the units command views of the Harbor and English Bay.
